Establish contact with me and I will provide you with the information you may have questions on, such as availability, packages, and any additional brand photography services you may require.
Consultation
Have an open discussion about your brand, goals, expectations, and budget to ensure alignment on what can be achieved.
Questionnaire
You will fill out a brand photography questionnaire that I will send you to gather specific information about your brand and your vision for the project. Expect correspondence during this time for clarification.
Proposal
I will then send you a breakdown of my understanding of your requirements, my proposed approach, and the investment for the package you’ve selected. This step allows you to review the details and ensure that I have all necessary information.
Contract
Once you approve the proposal, I will send you a professional contract that includes information about the parties involved, scope of work, payment terms, timeline, cancellation and rescheduling policies, usage rights, confidentiality, property and model releases (if applicable), liability, amendment procedures, and signatures.
Retainer
A retainer is a pre-payment or deposit made by a client to secure the services of a professional and used to reserve the photographer's availability for a specific date. It is applied towards the total fee for the photography services rendered.
Strategy Meeting
Once the contract is signed and retainer is paid, we will schedule a strategy meeting to discuss the scope of the shoot and collect details about the event or shoot, preferred dates, locations, style preferences, and any special requests.

Final Payment
To ensure a smooth and professional process, the final payment for photography services is due on the day of the photoshoot.
Photoshoot
The day of the photoshoot, my focus is on creating a comfortable and collaborative environment to ensure authentic and captivating images. Whether it’s in a studio setting, on location, or at your business premises, you can expect me to handle everything from lighting and styling to direction and composition
Editing
Post-shoot, I carefully select and edit the best images to ensure they meet our high standards and your expectations.
Follow-Up
You will receive access to a proof gallery to review the final images. This allows you to confirm that the images meet your expectations and any specific requirements discussed during the planning phase.
Final Delivery
The final images are delivered in a digital format, ready to enhance your website, social media, and marketing materials.
